Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Jacob & Williams AI Solutions, LLC's services (DBA Jacob & Williams), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

Services

Jacob & Williams AI Solutions, LLC provides web design, AI solutions, and related services to small businesses. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time.

Subscription and Payment

Billing

Our services are billed on a monthly subscription basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations stop future renewals, and your access will continue through the end of your current billing period unless we agree otherwise in writing. Because we begin work and allocate capacity as soon as your billing period starts, fees for the then-current billing period are generally non-refundable and are not pro-rated.

Refunds (Satisfaction Window)

If you are not satisfied, you may request a refund for your most recent subscription charge within 48 hours of the charge posting to your account. To do so, cancel your subscription and contact us within that 48-hour window. After 48 hours, all fees for the current billing period are non-refundable, even if you cancel before the end of the period. To avoid being charged for the next month, you should cancel before your renewal date.

Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify our pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use of our services after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you own all rights to the content and design we create for you. However, we retain the right to:

• Display your project in our portfolio
• Use general techniques and knowledge gained from your project
• Reuse code frameworks and templates we've developed

Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Respond to our requests for information in a timely manner
• Provide necessary content, images, and materials
• Ensure you have rights to all content you provide
• Not use our services for illegal or unauthorized purposes

Service Level Agreement

We strive to provide reliable services, but we cannot guarantee 100% uptime. We are not liable for:

• Service interruptions due to maintenance or technical issues
• Third-party service failures (hosting, payment processors, etc.)
• Force majeure events beyond our control

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jacob & Williams AI Solutions, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

Warranty Disclaimer

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
